How do time windows work?
Each repair takes a different amount of time, which makes exact arrival times difficult to predict. Fargo Moorhead Appliance Repair operates on 2-hour time windows. Your technician arrive within that window, but not necessarily at the start of it. You will recieve an estimated time of arrival when your technician is on his way.
How long will the repair take?
Every repair is different. Simple fixes can take under an hour; others may require a return visit if parts need to be ordered.
Is it cheaper to bring you my appliance?
No, we will come to you. All repairs are done in your home.
